Left this one a bit late... I've had it easy the last few weeks as I've been out getting used to my new Sigma, but this week I've mostly been indoors due to the rain and haven't really felt inspired.
This took longer to set up due to the need for lighting and actually arranging the skittles themselves. Most of them survived to make it onto the piece of glass I used to provide a reflective surface, only a few of them got eaten. Now that it's ready for upload I realise that I'm not all that happy with the focus point, I would have preferred that the skittles at the front were in focus, but oh well. Maybe one day soon I'll try out tethered shooting and actually review my photo properly before I pack everything away.
A few tweaks to reach the finished image, firstly I've darkened the black background slightly as the texture of the background cloth was sowing through. After that it\s just been an increase in vibrancy and some colour tweaks to enhance the green and the yellow which for some reason, suffered slightly and looked a bit pale.
2 x YN460-IIs, one front left the other back right. Shot on a piece of glass with a black muslin background behind and underneath the glass.
